We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
During checkout, you can choose you preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We offer the following shipping options:
- By express, 7-10 business days
- By air freight, 10-12 business days
- By sea freight, 25-35 business days
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
Note: Orders to APO and FPO addresses is NOT available for the moment. Your shipping address is the important to us, which is the address where packages get delivered to, so please don't mix it with your billing address. And if the item unable to deliver due to the address what you provided is incorrect, incomplete, or illegible, you'd better contact the logistics provider or you can request a resend with a correct shipping info and afford the shipping fee.
The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.
