We apologize for any inconvenience caused with your Eitopia purchase and want you to know that your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Our easy returns program which will make your purchasing experience as simple as possible.

Generally, all of our Eitopia products have a full 6-month warranty and 30 days money-back guaranteed from the receipt of original order.

Please note this page of warranty and return is for purchases made through eitopia.com or the alizone store on Amazon. Any questions or issues you need support, please contact us directly, we'll help you out. For purchases made through Eitopia's authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

After we receive your return form, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address will be provided promptly. Please write the RMA number on your parcel and ship back before the expiration date of the RMA number. All such RMA’s may receive a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, full or a partial refund at the sole discretion of Eitopia. There are no additional cost or fees associated to an RMA, including restocking fees or processing fees, however some cases may be at the customer’s shipping expense. Once we receive the parcel, we will notify you and issue a refund or send you the replacement product.

Please kindly be advised that your return or exchange must meet the following criteria in order for us to process it:
a) Original conditions with all accessories, including manuals, warranty registration, etc.

b) Valid, unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from our site or customer service after submitting the return form.
